Description

Betty Boop is on the rooftop enjoying the sun and watering her plants, including a pansy. Meanwhile in another building, Koko and Bimbo accidently create a monstrous creature that they cannot control and soon it (while masculine in appearance and voice, the only pronouns used for the creature are it) goes onto Betty Boop’s rooftop. When Betty Boop uses her flower spray on the creature, it subsequently turns into a giant pansy.
